Repositioning Prepared Veg

Fenmarc

Following their full rebrand with us, we helped Fenmarc harness nearly 30 years of supermarket supply expertise to launch their first consumer-focused veg brand. We created experiences for senior level buyers to support retailer conversations, and this led to the nationwide launch of Fenmarc's new range of delicious, nutritious, oven ready, veg-focused meals into Tesco and Morrisons.

Prepared vegetables were losing relevance as shoppers looked for more convenient, healthier meal solutions. The simplicity of the category struggled to compete with the excitement and dominance of ready meal kits. Our core insight revealed shoppers wanted the ease of ready meals, but without the heavy processing, instead featuring fresh vegetables packed with flavour.

Working closely with Fenmarc’s commercial team and category specialists, we reimagined prepared veg as a complete, desirable meal choice. Our sector research and competitor analysis shaped three conceptual ranges, which we designed to support conversations with senior retailers through immersive brand experiences. One concept was selected for launch: VEG TABLE.

We then created a contemporary brand identity, rooted in freshness and flavour. We supported it with distinctive packaging, compliant food photography and a clear in-store presence. When it came to launch, we focused on building credibility and desire, using social-first storytelling and influencer partnerships.
