We are valued as an extension of their team, combining creative thinking, pace and clarity to deliver meaningful impact within tight budgets and public accountability.
Spring first partnered with Suffolk County Council nearly 14 years ago, creating the identity for Suffolk Greenest County.
Since then, we’ve worked closely with department heads across the authority to support behavioural change, educational and purpose led campaigns. Our insight was clear: public sector communication must balance clarity, value and sensitivity, while still cutting through the noise, and we bring specialist creative expertise that complements their deep subject knowledge.
This approach has supported initiatives ranging from environmental and cost-of-living campaigns to large-scale community programmes. Our work has helped launch over 300 Quiet Lanes, supported more than 650 households experiencing fuel poverty, and delivered impact across Suffolk and beyond. We continue to provide creative, strategic and design support on an ongoing basis.
