Mulberry Kitchens approached Spring for tactical marketing support following a recent showroom restructure. As we looked deeper, it became clear the opportunity was far bigger.
Rather than simply generating noise, they needed a brand that positioned them clearly with an affluent audience who were seeking kitchens designed around their lives and personality.

Working closely with the Mulberry Kitchens team, we uncovered some valuable insight. Their real strength lies in a lifestyle-led design approach, shaped around each individual client.

The true differentiator is not simply the product, but the partnership that sits behind it. Their in-house designers collaborate closely with customers, to create kitchens built around how people actually live. Yet this level of personalisation was not clearly expressed through the existing brand.

We developed a distinctive visual identity and brand voice to capture this collaborative, bespoke approach. Through new photography and a redesigned customer journey which spans website, social and sales collateral, every touchpoint now reinforces that difference. The result is a refreshed brand clearly communicating its value to a more discerning audience.
