Having first partnered with Jordon in 2016, we were then asked to support the next phase of their growth.

As an ambitious, owner-managed freight business with market-leading expertise, they needed a creative partner to help them stand out in a lookalike market and develop an identity reflecting global capability while preserving their personal, service-led approach.

Working closely again with founders Roddy and Jon at Jordon Freight, we revisited the heart of their offer. In a sector dominated by scale, jargon and often faceless competitors, Jordon combines global reach with direct accountability and market-leading expertise.

The core insight was clear: clients value freight partners who simplify complexity through reliability, speed and clear communication. We repositioned the brand around this promise, developing the strapline “Global Freight Made Simple” and refreshing the identity to reflect movement and clarity.

Supported by a new website and carefully designed sales journey, the updated brand positioned Jordon for global growth while staying true to its service-led roots right here in Suffolk.
