
Spring has been working with Paradigm Trust, a multi-academy trust with schools in East London and Ipswich, since 2019, providing marketing support and strategy to help them achieve their multiple objectives.
Initially working with four schools, our remit was expanded to all six schools a year into our contract, and helped facilitate the launch of Woodbridge Road Academy, a new specialist SEN school in Ipswich, in 2021. We have planned, created and implemented a communications programme to increase engagement and improve perceptions of the schools amongst prospective and current parents. This includes a social media campaign to share positive news stories and information, creating branded school essentials such as PE bags to increase visibility in the community, and other initiatives such as using a local artist to create a striking mural to highlight the presence of one school, and working with the children at another school directly to create new signs for their railings.
To improve perceptions in the industry we create and run both organic and paid social media on the Trust’s Twitter and Linkedin channels, highlighting the good work that is being done across Paradigm.
We have also provided extra-value support, including leading a careers assembly for students at Ipswich Academy and running a creative design challenge, to give young people an insight into what a design career involves.
